How quickly will I get a reply?
Within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Saturday). Messages sent late on Saturday are usually answered on Monday. Every message reaches a real person — there is no autoresponder.
Which address should I use?
Use the form above, or write to info@qscivilcalc.com for anything general — questions about the calculators, corrections, partnership and advertising enquiries. For help with a calculator or the Survey GeoLink app, write to support@qscivilcalc.com instead, as it goes straight to the technical team.
I think a calculator gave me a wrong result. What should I send?
Please include the calculator name, the exact values you entered, the result you expected and the result you got. That is usually enough to reproduce the problem the same day. Pick Calculator Error / Bug Report as the subject so it is picked up quickly.
Can I suggest a new calculator or feature?
Yes, and most of what has been added recently started as a request from a site engineer or a student. Choose New Calculator Suggestion and tell us what you are trying to work out and which code or standard it should follow.
Are the calculators free?
Yes. Every calculator on the site is free to use with no account and no limits. You only need an account if you want to leave a review.
What happens to the details I send?
Your name, email and message are used to answer you and nothing else. We do not sell or share them, and we do not add you to the newsletter unless you ask for it. See our privacy policy for the full detail.
